This Privacy Policy describes how NOCTIS (“NOCTIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through the NOCTIS website and related website forms.

NOCTIS is a digital design and development studio based inEl Paso, Texas, United States. This policy applies to website visitors, prospective clients, and individuals who communicate with us through the website.

This policy does not automatically govern information processed through websites, applications, or systems that we build for a client. Those services may be subject to separate agreements, instructions, or privacy policies maintained by that client.

NOCTIS does not currently sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising.

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may request evidence that the agent has authority to act on your behalf.

Appeals

If we deny a privacy request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Certain requests may be denied or limited when an exemption applies, when we cannot reasonably verify the request, or when retention is legally required.

Children’s privacy

The NOCTIS website and services are intended for businesses and adults seeking professional design or development services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
